Terms of Service

You may use StandFor only if you can legally enter into this agreement and comply with applicable law. If you use StandFor for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.

You may sign in through an approved third-party provider such as Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of that account and for activity under your StandFor account.

Provide accurate information, do not impersonate others, and promptly notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

StandFor lets users publish viewpoints, participate in debates and predictions, vote, comment, follow accounts, and use related profile and wallet features. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, subject to applicable law.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant StandFor a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt for technical formatting, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate, improve, and promote the service.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content and that its use by StandFor will not violate another person's rights or the law.

You must not use StandFor to:

• Break the law, encourage violence, or facilitate illegal activity.
• Harass, threaten, exploit, defraud, or impersonate another person.
• Post unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or malicious content.
• Distribute malware, scrape excessively, probe security, or disrupt the service.
• Manipulate votes, payments, rankings, referrals, or account systems.
• Access another user's account or evade enforcement measures.

We may review, restrict, remove, or preserve content and may warn, suspend, or terminate accounts when we reasonably believe these Terms, platform rules, or the law have been violated. We are not required to monitor all content.

Some features may require payment or use a StandFor wallet balance. Prices, limits, and applicable rules are shown in the service before a transaction. Third-party payment processors handle checkout and may apply their own terms.

StandFor wallet balances are service credits, not bank deposits, stored-value accounts, cryptocurrency, or legal tender. Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, completed charges and consumed service credits are non-refundable.

Predictions, votes, rankings, and user posts reflect opinions or platform activity. They are not financial, legal, medical, investment, or professional advice. You are responsible for decisions you make based on content found on StandFor.

StandFor and its software, branding, design, and other service materials are owned by StandFor or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you rights to use StandFor trademarks or branding.

StandFor may rely on or link to third-party services, including Google sign-in and payment processors. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or independent practices. Their terms and privacy policies may also apply.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StandFor is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so they may not apply to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StandFor and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the greater of USD 100 or the amount you paid StandFor during the preceding 12 months.

You may stop using StandFor at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security risks, legal requirements, prolonged inactivity, or discontinuation of the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

We may update these Terms as the service or law changes. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them, to the extent permitted by law.
